1. About Privacy Professional Training LLC

Privacy Professional Training LLC provides expert-led training, books, and study materials for professionals pursuing privacy and data protection certifications. Our offerings are designed to support individual learners and organizations in building privacy knowledge and compliance readiness.

2. Orders, Payment, & Access

Purchases may include individual courses, book bundles, or group licenses.

Group and enterprise customers may request custom access or volume pricing.
Payment is required in full before access is granted.
Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and verified digital wallets.
Course access and downloadable materials will be available via secure links or login.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products: Once accessed, digital courses and eBooks are non-refundable.
Bundles and Group Licenses: Refunds are not applicable once any member of the group has accessed the course material.
Technical Issues: If you're unable to access a product due to a verified technical fault, please contact us within 7 business days.
Any exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage

All materials, including videos, books, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Privacy Professional Training LLC.
Redistribution, resale, or sharing beyond your licensed use is strictly prohibited.
Group licenses are bound by user limits defined at the time of purchase.

5. Certification Partner Disclaimer

Privacy Professional Training LLC is an independent training provider and is not officially affiliated with the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), International Information System Security Certification Consortium 2 (ISC2) or any other certifying bodies. Our materials are designed to support exam preparation, but do not guarantee certification or act as a substitute for official certification exams.

6. Legal Jurisdiction and Location-Specific Clauses
